Common questions
When can I pick up and return rentals?
For weekend rentals, choose a Thursday or Friday pickup window between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., and a Monday return window between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. All times are Central Time. See the full list of half-hour windows and include your preferences in your request notes. We’ll confirm both times with you.
Can I rent during the week?
Weekday rentals are by arrangement. Let us know your event dates, and we’ll discuss the details.
Does sending a wishlist reserve my items?
No. Sending a wishlist starts a conversation about your quote. We still need to confirm availability and booking details with you.
How do payments work?
The initial payment is 50% and is nonrefundable. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event.
